Need Advice
I'm a 2nd time mom currently 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant with a little boy. My daughter is currently 15 months and sick as can be. I've been giving her breathing treatments the doctor prescribed, and tylenol to help the fever. I'm still SUPER tired all the time from growing a baby, and trying to make sure my daughter is getting her treatment on schedule and just normal mom life. My man works long hours but helps as much as he possibly can. I honestly dont remember the last time I got to take care of myself or just feel even slightly normal (I have diagnosed bipolar depression but I've talked to my doctor about it). I'm just at the point I need to feel good about myself at least a little. Any tips on how to do that while being a stay at home pregnant mom??
