I haven't been sick this whole 6 months

At first I had heartburn now I'm having heart burn plus acid reflux 😫 I can't sleep at night I have to sit up I throw up my food the only thing I found I can eat and drink is water and ice cream I know I have to eat tho but if this baby come out bald I'm pinching her lol jk 😂 I have tums also they don't work
