okay so i’m 20 weeks pregnant and the realization that i’ll have to push this baby out of me is hitting hard!!!

- What does “pushing” feel like, does it feel forced, like taking a poop from your vagina or does it comes natural like your body is literally telling you to push??

- what are some things you wish you never about labor & delivery before?? or even some advice & recommendation to better prepare

- did you go with or with epi? how was your experience was there certain parts (i.e. pushing or the contracts) that was harder than others

- did you feel like the nursing staff / doctors listen to you... ive seen videos where they are telling women that their pain isn’t really serious
