Should I leave him?

I found out my partner of 6 years had opened a dating account!!! On Friday!!! The account wasn’t even finished set up. He says it was a mistake and didn’t even look through the app. We have a 3 year old and currently pregnant with twins. I honestly don’t know what to do. This has broken me. Please help

My husband did that and with in two months we split and he is now living with his new girlfriend that he moved in with two days after we split up and I have a one year old he hasn't seen in weeks and am currently 31 weeks pregnant with our second daughter...this is had been the hardest time in my life but I should have left him when I found the dating site in the first place and I didn't..that's my biggest regret.

Did he confess after you caught him? Did he come clean that he made it or did you catch it? What if you hadn't found out? He would have likely finished setting it up, used it, contacted women and maybe even been physical. You dont create a dating profile without having poor intentions. 
Youre pregnant with twins. You are in the most vulnerable position and he is making a dating profile.

That’s a tough one. People are so quick so say leave him but that’s so hard especially with you being pregnant. My worry is even if he didn’t even open the app, he still downloaded it with some sort of bad intentions. No one accidentally downloads an app, so I wouldn’t believe any excuses on that. I wouldn’t say your dumb if you want to work it out, you guys have established a life together. But I’d definitely be weary if I were you. His mind is wondering.

A mistake lmao. Hes looking to cheat obviously emotionally or physically. Please sit down and talk with him get to the issue. Do everything in your power to control it from him actually proceeding.

I couldn't trust him after that. He obviously intended to cheat on you while you are pregnant with his children (so much worse).  On the other hand, you're heavily invested at this point... maybe counseling?
