Just had a baby 11 weeks ago is it too soon to have another one

I get the feeling... but your body really needs some more time to recover from your previous pregnancy and giving birth. I was always told it also takes 9 months for your body to get back to normal after pregnancy. And if you really can’t help it to wait at least 6 months.

Your body has gone through so much. You should really let it rest for at least 9 months but most doctors agree 1 year is best. Some even debate 2 years being healthier
