I’m in need of some help and Information. My husband and I have been going through so much drama with the mother of his child. She refuses to let him see his daughter, but still demands money. When she does let him, it’s only him because she doesn’t like me even though I was here through out the whole pregnancy and shown that I love her like my own daughter, and it’s for 30 mins at most. Well we recently found out that she’s been sleeping in a playpin after we bought her a bed, she doesn’t have blankets for her, and the clothes or whatever we buy her, she sells for herself. (There’s a very very very long list of other things she’s done that rule her “unfit”)

We want to start filing for sole custody but honestly don’t know where to start or what evidence to collect. What exactly are we in store for.?? She said if it ever went to court it’s fine because she’ll just tell them he smoked weed,which he did when they were together. However we found out her new boyfriend smokes, and does both coke and crystal meth. Will this come as an advantage.??
