Food aversions
Sooo I’m 10w4d and this past week has been SOOOO hard for me to eat. Not because of nausea. Mostly because every time I make something and put it in my mouth, I get disgusted. I try to eat as much as I can for baby but nothing is appetizing.
I try to eat more snacks just to make up for not eating meals but it’s taking a toll on me in the mornings. I’ve been throwing up just stomach acid in the morning 😓 idk how to fix this!! I’ve tried smoothies and stuff but it’s not really helping.
