I took these all while ttc and during my pregnancy. They were great, and I’m pretty sure they gave my pregnancy hair an extra something special. Plus, i grew 6.5 of hair during pregnancy. I attribute a lot of that to these

I take those and some extra DHA because it’s lacking in that but other than that they are comparable to the pills which is nice

Gummies arent as complete as softgel or pill prenatals so be sure you're taking extra supplements to fill in the gaps.

Those are the ones I’ve been taking! I can’t stomach the normal pills. Ps they don’t have iron but if you aren’t anemic they are fine to take :)
