I’m 38w2d and I’ve never felt what braxton Hicks feel like..I had one during a doctors appointment and had no idea, my doctor told me! Tonight I have been experiencing lower abdominal pressure cramps...very similar to period cramps. I feel deep pressure in my lower abdomen & back and it’s been coming and going at regular intervals for an hour or so now. I just went to doctor earlier today and I was only 1 and a half cm, 50% effaced. These pressure cramps aren’t going away and I’m wondering are they early contractions??
