Not too late but you won't be able to go on most of the rides.

Depends. Have you been to Disney before? If you’ve been before and know how to plan it well, i say go for it! If you’re not a Disney veteran I’d say no way, especially since you’re going pregnant and during peak season. 
Disney is not a spur of the moment, go with the flow type place, ESPECIALLY if you’re going pregnant or with tiny humans. It requires a whole lot of meticulous planning to make sure you actually enjoy yourself and get the full experience, rather than going without planning and spending all day hot, waiting in long lines, and miserable, bitchy because you spent that much money and it just wasn’t worth it.

Not too late if you're comfortable. I was going to go but my blood pressure started getting high. You can go on the toddler safe rides. If it will be during summer, I personally wouldn't go only because Orlando heat is awful during the summer months and it's rainy season.

Thanks ladies! All very helpful, I’ve been to Disney land many times, but understand that Orlando is a whole different story. I’m turning 30 this year and we were planning with my friend to do big celebration in Disney world and then Miami Beach, but now as things changed, beach is the only option.
