Panorama 2 weeks?

Question

Anyone have to wait more than 2 weeks from their blood draw for their panorama results? It feels like FOREVER. They say on their site it takes “about two weeks” but most of the posts I’ve seen here have been about getting stuff back in a week or less! Booo :(

UPDATE: my results were released to my provider 2 days ago! Just called them and waiting on a call back from my midwife. 🤞

Last week I called Natera to track my test. They told yours is in the lab right now and might be ready in 3-5 days. Well, an hour later my dr called me about something else but I told here that Natera told me my result will be ready next week. She said I will check from my account, she said your results are expected today or tomorrow. She called me again the same day with the results 😃✌🏻. It took for mine 6 days( including weekend)

Mine took a whole 2 weeks while others on here were getting their results in days. It was an antsy wait!! Hopefully you can keep yourself busy between now and when your results come in. Best of luck.

I just called Natera today to ask about my test. They said it’s 14-16 calendar days once they receive the testing kit. I did the blood draw 2/11, and they received it 2/14. Tomorrow makes 14 days since they got it, I’m going crazy with the waiting.

I know they aim for 5-7 days, but its not uncommon to wait 2 weeks or more. Also, your results could be in and your doctor just not have sorted the faxes/looked yet. 
I worked at an OBGYN. When the Panorama results came in, we would find the patient chart, paper clip them to the front, and then put the chart on the doctors desk. The doctor had to sign off on the sheet that there were no abnormal results, and then the chart would go to the nurse who would then call the mom with the results. The thing is, they do this whole sign off on the chart thing with a lot of labs (pap smears, other genetic testing etc) so the OB night have 50 charts to sign off on one day. Sometimes if you call your doctors office, they will go look for your chart. And sometimes they won’t.  I know Panorama has different agreements with different doctors. Some doctors let them post all results before the office calls you, others have the doctors “unlock” the results online before you can see them. I know the wait sucks, but I hope this gives you a little insight on why it may be delayed! Hopefully they call you really soon! ❤️❤️
