Hi! I am new to this app and new to ParaGard birth control. I just got it implanted yesterday. I did my research and I want to know how it is for other people.

It’s only the first day so cramping and back pain are normal (or so I have read) but i’m also experiencing diarrhea. I’ve heard pretty bad things and it is freaking me out a lil. The thought of something being in me for years has me freaked out. This type of IUD was best for me due to health issues.

Any comments especially from people who have had it for a while are appreciated!
