Possibly a pregnant & all my fault :(

Hi so Monday I got my birth control the implant out and later that day put on my first patch but I did not read the instructions (I know I’m a idiot) and had unprotected sex Monday and yesterday and my boyfriend came in me both times. I am only 18 and am not ready for a child but reading the instructions this morning I realized that you are suppose to use another contraceptive for the first week ! I am freaking out and just need my nerves to be calmed and that I can not stress for the rest of the month . Also I am wanting to go out this weekend with my friends since they never get to come down to where I live and we are planning on having a party but I don’t want to do anything in case I am pregnant. I am so upset with myself for not reading everything first but i don’t even know when my period is suppose to come because I haven’t had one on the implant .... please help but no slandering all though I understand I messed up I just need to know if being pregnant is even a possibility.
