Can eating chocolate before bed lead to morning nausea ? I vomited this morning and I’m trying to figure out why . I haven’t had sex in 2 months and already had my period for that cycle . My period is approaching next week . I ate fish and rice last night and then later on a Twix bad before bed . I woke up and got ready for school I ate breakfast eggs and sausage and as I was brushing my teeth I felt like I had to vomit and boom there it was . My dad keeps trying imply I’m pregnant when I know I’m absolutely not. Was it just me brushing my tongue to far that got me all nauseous or the food ?
