Tips on being drowsy all the time?

I’m 20 years old and I’m literally so tired all the time. Its really hard for me to get out of bed every morning to go to work and I can take a nap any time of the day. I work a full time job, but my job is super easy. I’ve tried energy drinks, fixing up my diet and going to the gym, literally everything and nothing works. I never feel well rested even though I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Anyone else like this? Any tips or vitamins I can take to help with this?
