Bloat to bump. Mommas who have had several babies

I know a lot of people ask this... I’m only 8 weeks on my second pregnancy. When does all this bloat turn to bump for real?? When is it even possible to even have a bump that’s baby? I know in the early weeks it’s all bloat cause baby is the size of a raspberry right now..
