Thoughts on hypnobirthing?

Anyone done this? Just want to see your views or past experiences

I didn't do hypnobirthing technically with my first but I read the book and watched lots of YouTube videos on it and there are a lot of good tips and techniques to help get you through even if you don't fully commit

Rock it 36 hours of labor with my first!!! (Then ambulance ride from midwifery to the nearest hospital...) help with the second one too!!! YES

Personally it didn’t work for me and I had a home birth but I would do home birth all over again :) and actually am with this baby if God is willing! :)
