Advice for anxiety in new pregnancy after miscarriage

I’m thrilled that I recently found out I’m pregnant! But I’m finding it very difficult releasing the anxiety I have due to a miscarriage last year. I’m going to talk to my dr about it at an appointment next week. But for now, does anyone have any advice on how to let go of this anxiety? I want this pregnancy to be healthy and I know this stress isn’t good for my baby. Prayers are welcome also🙏🏽💗
