Boring infrequent sex

I think I’m in a rut in my own brain. Im divorced but was having such sub-par, infrequent sex while I was married that my only “fantasy” was to have more frequent sex where I got off too. Now I don’t even know what I like sexually anymore, if I even have those fantasies or “becket list” things I want to accomplish.
