What should I do?

Hello ladies been awhile since I’ve shared, af showed her face last Saturday and from Sunday until yesterday I’ve vomited up bile to no fail I feel like I wake up with a hangover gut and that sucks while sober too 😩😩😩 always when I puke I slowly start to feel better as well but then the morning comes. Today I’ve just been extremely nauseous waiting for the wave to come over me. Anyways I shared my symptoms I’ve been feeling and glow suggests consulting your doctor but recently I don’t have any insurance anymore, not due to my financial situation which is fine (my dad and step mom took me off insurance). What should I do? I especially know that suggesting I go to the doctors might be a thing but doctor bills without insurance is a very hefty bill...I really am unsure of what to do I’m so confused and frankly hate feeling like this I cried for two hours in the morning because my stomach hurt so bad and I couldn’t explain why I was crying.
