Sleep Regression Hell😴😩
Going on 3 solid weeks of terrible sleep, please tell me I’m not alone! LO will be 4 months on Sunday and has been waking up 3-4 times a night and fighting day naps with all he’s got. Last night he added a new layer to this by deciding to stay up almost 3hrs from midnight to 3am just being wide awake and babbling. NOTHING that usually works to get him to sleep worked. Feeding, rocking, bouncing, white noise, swaddle, swing...nothing. I am a zombie today. And I go back to work next week and I am genuinely not sure how I’m going to function.😟any second time Mamas have any advice on how to navigate this sleep regression stuff??
