It doesn’t give you better chance to conceive, but you should take them as soon as you start ttc. Certain vitamins are crucial in the first weeks of pregnancy (when you don’t know your pregnant yet) so that’s why you should take them asap.

I started taking them about 2 months before we started TTC, because it’s recommended to have the vitamins in your system when you do happen to conceive. It took us 9 months to get pregnant, so I was in them for awhile. Like the other commenters stated, they don’t help you conceive. It’s just recommended you have the vitamins in your system when you do conceive.

I did for like a week and stopped. I took them up until I was 12 weeks pregnant and stopped.
