Pregnant... doctor said threatened miscarriage because I had a drop of blood on last Saturday feb 23..

My last period was Jan 6 -11..

the doctor said my thyroid is a little higher then normal...

i keep cramping and my symptoms seem to be going down.. any advice please I am terrified

I had a D&C 2 years ago because of a miss miscarriage around the same time as I would be right now. I don’t see him again in 2 weeks..
