Worst Period Cramps EVER!
I need suggestions ASAP! I am having the most horrible period cramps right now (comparable to what I felt during labor with my daughter) any suggestions? I just don’t know what to do because this is abnormal for me, I can get cramps but never this bad. I’ve tried laying down, drinking a bunch of water, and using a heating pad. It all helps to a point but I’m still in pain. Please help.
