Headache relief??

ok, howwww do all you ladies relieve headache pain? tylenol does not work for me at all. lately I have been having headaches almost every evening and I don't know what to do. they are not severe like migraines but still the pain is real😣

How much water are you drinking. If you’re drinking less than 3 liters per day, you need to drink more water. That will help.

Make sure you’re properly hydrated. Try supplementing magnesium, I’ll post a picture of my favorite brand.
Also try a neck massage. I’ve been having bad headaches that I think are coming from my neck, which apparently is common in pregnancy. Ask your partner to massage your neck or do some neck stretches.
Also consider just going to bed. The headache may be nothing more than your body telling you you’re exhausted by the end of the day.

Sometimes doctors will prescribe reglan and benadryl together. Used separately, reglan treats digestive issues and we know what Benadryl does, but together they can treat headaches.

B2 and magnesium everyday. The magnesium made me constipated, so I take an epsom bath instead of pill form.

Excedrin tension pills the ones that say TENSION on them there doc approved during pregnancy but not the others because they not good for pregnancy
