Tomorrow is blood work day🤞

Hi everyone

I am about to finish my first tww after <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. Im on day 30 and go for blood work tomorrow. My period has not started yet but I feel crampy like it’s going to start. Took a pregnancy test day 28 and got bfn😢. I am sure if I should be holding onto hope for tomorrow’s blood work or not.
