Pulse rate?

Anyone else pulse rate go up when pregnant.. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and was at the doctors today and my pulse was 93... I'm a little worried it's usually 63 or so before I got pregnant.. Is this normal? Is this why I could be getting headaches more?

Pretty sure everyone’s averages out at 100 during pregnancy.

It’s normal pregnancy does things to your body....
With that being said your heart beat can be 100bpm while not being pregnant and still be okay..

Mine is always between 90-130. I also have Pregnancy Induced Hyperthyroidism and that also causes my high heart rate. My Apple Watch alerta me at least 2x a day that it’s been over 100 for 10min straight.

That’s normal. Your body produces 30% more blood when you’re pregnant! It’s nuts!
