Dr couldnt find the heartbeat?

I have a friend who is 14 weeks along and went for a doctors appointment and their doctor wasnt able to find babes heartbeat with the doppler. Should this be alarming or could baby still be small enough to hide at this stage??

They couldn’t find a heartbeat with me when I was like 12 weeks but she just did an ultrasound.

I’m 22+5 and the baby still hides from the Doppler sometimes. Are they giving her an ultrasound to make sure all is well?

They couldn’t find a heartbeat with Doppler for me until I was 18 weeks because of anterior placenta. I’m 30 weeks and my baby is perfectly healthy. It’s not really something to worry about that early.

I’m 19 weeks and it’s still hard to find his heartbeat with the doppler. Sometimes the baby is in a spot where they can’t be heard by the doppler. She should be able to hear it through the ultrasound.

They usually do an ultrasound if they can’t find the heartbeat with the Doppler. That happened to me at 13 weeks. Scared the crap out of me.

At 16 weeks baby was in a bad spot and dr could find heartbeat. She sent me to get an ultrasound and all was fine. I am 23 weeks now

They wouldn't even try with me until I hit 16 weeks.
