I stopped my BC Pill end of October and have yet to get my period. I’ve been on the pill consistently for ten years due to extremely heavy and long periods. I thought I’d be happy to not have to deal with my period but now that my husband and I want to start having kids... it’s actually frustrating. I was going to try tracking my period to figure out ovulation and yada yada.. but with no period? I don’t know what to do... I’ve seen fertility supplements online and considered trying something but I just don’t know what to do. I know it may take time for my body to adjust.. I just am not a patient person...
