Stopped vitex and now wth is going on
Okay I took vitex for three months. I stopped it and this is my first cycle without it. I typically start having almost positive opk early in cycle and long surge with strong ovulation. I’m wondering if stopping the vitex has messed me up. Meaning... maybe I won’t ovulate? Maybe I should take one pill every other day. Or what??? Please advise. Thanks
