Twin pregnancy??

Question

Twins run massively in my family anyone with twins know what symptoms they had/have that was very early. Currently my boobs have been so tender and nipples also for 3 weeks . So basically since I conceived they have been nonstop hurting.. my first two kids didn’t do this to me but now I’m thinking is it possible to be carrying twins?

You might get better results in the pregnancy groups, as most women on here are still trying to conceive(:
But to answer your questions, it’s a possible but each pregnancy is different so it’s not a reliable way to tell
