So when or how should we know how to check when I’m ovulating? I know it’s after your period but how many days after your period? I’m a little confuse??

Answer

The average woman ovulates day 14 of a 28 day cycle.. So you can test as early as CD 10 through CD 21 and I suggest to test twice a day maybe not first morning pee but definitely a for hour hold!! I hope this helps you 😊
