I am 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I'm a small girl, small frame with very little body fat. For the last several days I've been noticing a faint tapping sensation in the lower mid-right side of my belly. I've felt it several times, usually multiple times a day, and it's always the exact same feeling in the same spot. It almost feels like tiny pokes or like baby is knocking on my uterus lol. I know it's super early to be feeling anything since this is my first, but this definitely isn't gas. Has anyone else felt their first baby this early? Or am I feeling something else?
