Ovulation help

I’ve gotten 3 days of peak readings, I’ve made sure we bd all of those but I’m starting to think maybe the egg isn’t releasing since I’ve had 3 days of peak readings. Can you get a peak 3 days in a row? It may be too early on my temps to see if I’ve already ovulated but just want some opinions! Thank you!
