Running on no Energy!
I have been so stressed and tired lately. I am on my Varsity softball team at school and am also doing Track and Field at school. I am also playin a rec softball team. I have to wake up every morning at 4 o'clock and my practice for track starts at 6 until 7:30. I then have school softball everyday after school. I also have rec softball on Mondays and Wednesdays. I am torn and sooo tired with all of sports and with keeping up school. Should I quit a sport or just suck it up?
