Has anyone on this app been pregnant and didn't know about it?

For the past two weeks I have had cramping and water retention. Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. As soon as I threw it away, I started bleeding which I chopped up to af finally coming. I've had some heavy periods but this one takes the cake. Yesterday I bled through two tampons and today I bled through my heaviest one in under 4 hrs. I've ruined 3 pairs of underwear even with the tampons in. I bled through a pad. The pain is pretty bad too. Yesterday was almost debilitating, today is a little better, Advil doesn't seem to help. Is there a chance I was pregnant and didn't know it and this is a miscarriage? My period was late, but not by much.
