I just went back to work after my lunch break and went to pee. It burned a little bit, but it does sometimes, and when I wiped there was some super light pink spotting. I emailed my doctor since I can't call at work, and am hoping for a reply soon on if I should worry. I have felt my baby moving ALL day and nothing really abnormal.

I'm getting over a stomach flu, could it be something to do with that? Any suggestions on what I should do?

Also forgot to mention that I have kidney issues due to pregnancy. Forgot the name for it, but basically my baby is putting pressure on one kidney and causing it to be inflamed. That's probably what caused it, right?
