If you had a UTI while pregnant did the pharmacy ask if you were pregnant?

Hello short background story- I used to be friends with this girl name “G” anyways she was also friends with a girl named “A”. Shit hit the fan and basically “A” never liked me (I haven’t spoken to either of these girls in almost 3 years) A” also works at the pharmacy. Today I went in to pick up my prescription for my UTI which was macrobid- which I’ve been prescribed 2 other times during this pregnancy. I went in with my orders gave it to “A” and then said I would come through the drive to pick it up later she said “okay”, (I’m 33+3 and not really showing). Due to me being young I have decided to not post my pregnancy on social media so very few people know I’m pregnant mainly because I live in another city currently... so if “G” found out about it I know for a fact it was because “A” told her.

My mama and I went through the drive through and I was in the passengers side and was not visible. “A” used my first and last name and literally screamed into the intercom and asked if I was pregnant. (said I was pregnant on the orders...) I have not been asked if I was pregnant the other times I’ve been prescribed macro- which it’s always been prescribed by my OB. Anyways my mom got REAL pissed because she said that was not up for disclosure and that it was prescribed under an OB who knows about my health. The last thing my mom said was “this is under HIPPA? Correct?” And “A” said yes... the pharmacist heard the conversation and told “A” to pull her drawer... so my question is has anyone else been prescribed this medication and been asked if they were pregnant? Or was she just being nosey?

I know for some this might not seem like a big deal but it’s just weird that I’ve never been asked if I was pregnant before and I’ve been prescribed this medication 2 other times within the past 33 weeks. I also want to wait to disclose my pregnancy with the rest of the world when I’m induced in 4 weeks. I’ve had complications in my pregnancy and I have truly enjoyed celebrating my pregnancy with the people who mean the most to me.
