Should I be concerned

So I noticed this in the morning when I was trying to shave but it was too painful. I’m not 100% sure if it’s a Bartholin Cyst in the process or if this is Herpes. Ive been tested and my STD screen came out negative. I’m really freaking out and in pain.. help please
