Tips needed 7week baby
Trying to get her on a sleep schedule
Any tips?
Her dad works early 8-6
So I basically take care of her during the nights and day which is becoming exhausting because she sleeps 5am-11am
And I’m constantly on 5-6 hours when lucky and I’m tired!
She stays awake from 1am-5am and these are my toughest hours
