You shouldn’t swap to regular cows milk until at least 12 months old.
As for solids they recommend no younger than 4 months, but waiting until as close to 6 months is ideal. Start small, gradually work in more meals.
My daughter is 10 months, gets 3-4 bottles of formula a day, and then 3 meals, plus little healthy snacks, and also water.

Absolutely no earlier than 4 months but 6 months is the safest. They get all their nutrition from breast milk or formula. They don’t NEED any other foods.
