Just starting out

I have just started getting into working out I am doing the 100 ab challenge and the 100 squat challenge and other workouts and I might start going for runs if I can these are my before photos and I will update when I start seeing results I'm not doing this for any reason other than I am proud of myself for doing this also I know it won't be much difference to others but it will make a huge difference to me

UPDATE: It's day 8 and I am losing motivation but I will push through and keep going

UPDATE 2: Day 10 I can't do anything today I got really bad chest pains hopefully it's all good tomorrow I will do day 10 when I'm better

UPDATE 3: I did day 10 I haven't missed a day at all but I'm going to have to stop for the moment because the chest pains have gotten so bad I can't breathe properly anymore so I will not be working out for a while too recover but I will get back into it once I have recovered fully
