You either ovulated CD 14 or 17 and either way you are covered with BD :)

Glow has your O date predicted correctly. You have to have 3 consecutive temps higher than the previous 6 temps to confirm ovulation. That, in conjunction with your OPKs, tell you that the O date Glow has is correct.
