In june of 2018 i decided that i needed to leave and divorce my very toxic husband. I decided that my children and i would be put first from now on and it has been the best decision i have ever made. Through everything i decided to stop drinking soda for the most part unless its a cheat day and to eat healthy. And i work out every once in a while. I went from 250lbs to 172lbs. I still have alot to lose but i am so proud of how far i have come.
