Hey mama’s!!

So, I had a cesarean last year with my daughter after days of labor, hours of pushing, and her big ass head not fitting through the canal. Only 5 months later, I got pregnant again and now we’re about to welcome our little boy into the world! Due date March 24th. I’ve only ever discussed scheduling another cesarean with my OB, but now I’m seriously considering giving a vaginal birth a try.

I never progressed with my daughter and had to be induced in order to dilate at all. As of yesterday, I’m already 50% effaced so I feel like my body is trying to tell me it may be capable of giving birth vaginally this time around. I’ve always wanted that experience, but I did love the certainty that came with scheduling my c-section.

Not sure what to do, not sure what to expect.

Any words of encouragement or advice?
