Hey guys, so my period is about 7 days late and my cycle is usually like clockwork. I know I’m not pregnant because I haven’t had sex recently, but I was going to be TTC this upcoming month and this is really discouraging. I think it might be stress related but ultimately I’m just hoping for some advice on ways to help my cycle regulate. I have no history of cyst or anything of that manner, and before this my cycle was on point. Should I be worried or is this normal for most?
