At the doctorss? i wont have to take2 pills for each symptom.... i have anxiety alittle bit more than depression

at the doctors, you’ll usually talk to them and they will then start the trial and error of medications that will work for you. there are pills that can help with both, but it might not be the one that works for you. when i first started going to my psychiatrist, i started on one that helped with both (an ssri- selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) and it made things worse for me. so then i went to taking multiple pills daily but am at the point of functioning human in society and not at the brink anymore. it’s more important to find the perfect balance of medication for you then it is taking less medication. trust me.

You’ll have to ask your doctor this. They may also suggest talking therapy or CBT etc instead or as well as medication, depending on what they think is most appropriate. Do go see them to have a chat about options :) x
