I’ve had Mirena for over a year now. But the past few months I’ve had really bad cramps and a burning pain in my abdomen. The pain is usually only on one side of my body, around where my ovaries are (I’m assuming). The pain lasts anywhere from a week to a week and a half then goes away but comes back about a month later. The pain is so bad I feel like fainting. The doctor said it’s unusual but they’re not concerned since it comes and goes every month. I’m considering getting it removed. Does anyone else get similar pains?
