Soo im pretty sure i lost my mucus plug yesterday morning. Thursday night i went to bed esrly with lots of lower back and hip pain as well as nausea. Friday i slept almost all day because of the same pain. Saturday morning i woke up went to the bathroom and there was a huge blob of mucus just sitting in my underwear, lile it completely covered my underwear. No blood tho just alot of moisture. Today i wake up to the same lower back and hip pain but it radiates down into my vagina from my hips. Btw im only 34 weeks pregnant, i do know that they say it could talw anything from 24 hr to 2-4 weeks to labor after losing your plug. Oh, alsp i been having the co tant urge to pee and pass a bowel movement but when i do pass a bowel is more on the diarrhea side. I would just like to know, how did you know you lost your mucus plug ????
