Is this the start of chickenpox??

These small raised spots have appeared on my 3 year old yesterday...he has a low grade fever, is off his food and keeps taking himself off to bed tired; he’s been around someone who had chickenpox about 2 weeks ago-do these spots look like the start of chickenpox ones??

To me it looks like prickly heat at the mo.. as chicken poxs normally look really red and a lot bigger to.. if they change and get red and blister then it’s defo chicken pox.. here’s a pic of my son when we 1st found couple on him.. as your little one feeling poorly children are prone to rashes to when they got a viral infections to. So it could be that..
